Postpartum Group
The village that’s supposed to come with the baby!
We’re not meant to parent alone! From the confusing world of baby poop colors to the major identity shift that happens after we become responsible for this tiny human who didn’t even come with an instruction manual (!), this phase of life is a lot! But you’re not alone in feeling that way! Being around other people who get it, as well as having access to experienced supporters, makes all the difference in these blissful blurry-eyed early days.
Come join us for six weeks of support and camaraderie in a cozy, relaxed setting at Illuminated Birth & Company!
The first session will be an “ask me anything” session to raise questions from the group, get to know each other, and determine the focus of each of the following weeks. Topics could be things like…
feeding
sleep
healing from birth
adjusting to parenting
changes in relationships
getting out and about with baby
first milestones
…and more!
You get to decide what you want to talk about each week, with an experienced postpartum doula and new parent educator guiding you along the way and answering your questions.
Participants are encouraged to come as you are—pajamas are great!—with their babies who are ideally less than ~3 months by the date of the first session. Sign up below!
