What is Spinning Babies®?

Our Spinning Babies Guided Parent Class highlights your baby’s active role in birth. During labor, the baby needs to pass through the three levels of the pelvis. Together, you and your birth partner can use these techniques before and during labor to help “make room for baby!”

Designed by Midwife Gail Tully (CPM) the Spinning Babies® technique reveals how the baby can find optimal positions for labor, and make birth less painful, and even pleasurable!

With advanced certifications in Prenatal Yoga, Pelvic Floor Yoga, Childbirth Education, HypnoBirthing®, and Spinning Babies®, Bec has supported over 300 births as a DONA International accredited birth coach.
